How do I schedule my sessions?

At your coaching program, at each session you will be able to book the slot that is the most convenient for you based on your coach's availability. Once booked, you will receive an email and it will automatically appear  in your calendar.
At the scheduled date and time, sign in to your account, go to your session and click  "Join meeting" through this platform. DO NOT use the link from the invitation you will receive in your email.
Each time, only after completing your session and feedback form, you are allowed to continue scheduling your next coaching session.

How often are the sessions scheduled?

We advise you to schedule the first 3-4 sessions once per week. For the rest of the sessions, you are advised to book them again once per week or maximum once every 2 weeks upon agreement with your coach. For your convenience we recommend to book your sessions at a repetitive day & time weekly or biweekly.

How can I communicate with my coach?

Feel free to reach out to your coach through your Inbox of this platform, pressing "new Message", typing "@name of your coach" and pressing the "Send" button after writing your message. At your inbox, you are able to see all the messages that you have exchanged with your coach.

How can I communicate with FindYourCoach?

We will be happy to help you with any questions you may have during this process. Feel free to reach out to us through your Inbox of this platform, pressing "new Message", typing "@FindYourCoach Team" and pressing the "Send" button after writing your message.

Is there any rescheduling policy?

We have a 24-hour rescheduling policy meaning that any notice of rescheduling should be given at least 24 hours prior to the session.
To reschedule a Monday appointment, you need to reschedule by Friday (EoB). 
In case your coach does not show up without any prior notice, or reschedules (on the same day), please let us know within 24hrs via private message through your inbox. 
 In case you do not show up without any prior notice or reschedule (on the same day) more than once, your session will be lost and you will not be able to reschedule it.

How can I reschedule my session?

In case you need to reschedule a session, please go to the email you received from your coach for the related session, find the link for rescheduling and book the new time slot that is convenient for you.
Very important: please, do not cancel the session.

At your homepage, click on the 'Book Session' button to schedule your sessions. You will be able to choose the time slot that is most convenient for you based on your coach's availability. Once booked, you will receive an email and it will automatically appear in your calendar.

At the scheduled date and time, use the link from the invitation you will receive in your email. Each time, only after completing your feedback form, you are allowed to continue scheduling your next coaching session.

How often are the sessions scheduled?

You have a maximum number of sessions per month. You can view this number in your dashboard in the homepage . We recommend spreading out your sessions evenly and coordinating with your coach to determine the most suitable timing for each session. For convenience, consider choosing a consistent day and time for your sessions.

How can I communicate with my coach?

Feel free to reach out to your coach through your Inbox of this platform, pressing "new Message", typing "@name of your coach" and pressing the "Send" button after writing your message. At your inbox, you are able to see all the messages that you have exchanged with your coach.

Is there any rescheduling policy?

How will sessions be scheduled?

The coachee has access to your availability and can book the sessions. Once a coachee has booked a session with you, you receive the relevant notification in your email and the session is added automatically in your calendar.

Please note that the coachee can book only 1 session at a time. After finishing a session with you, they will need to fill out a short feedback form and then they will be able to book their next session.

How often are the sessions scheduled?

Each coachee has a maximum number of sessions they can conduct per month. You can view this number in your coachee profile.

What should i do in case of rescheduling or cancellation?

Whenever a session is rescheduled or canceled by your coachee, you will receive a notification email with updated information from Calendly.

Important: Please forward this email to info@findyourcoach.io within 24hrs.

Is there any rescheduling policy?

FindYourCoach is committed to providing exceptional service. Unfortunately, when a coach reschedules/ cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent us from delivering our promise to our customers. Notice of rescheduling should be given 24 hours prior to the session. To reschedule a Monday appointment, you need to reschedule by Friday (EoB).

In case you reschedule a session you need to notify us via email within 24 hours.

In case your coachee does not show up without any prior notice or reschedules, again you need to notify us within 24hrs via email.

Kindly note that if this happens, the session will be considered completed, will count toward the coachee's monthly limit and you will be fully compensated for the lost session.

Αll communication related to the program should be done within the platform and not via personal emails and phone numbers. You can communicate via email with the coachee only in case you need to share some material (platform does not yet support file sending). We would appreciate your cooperation on this.

2. Via email directly to the employee (please keep this option restricted only for file sharing and not for overall communication)

At the beginning of every Quarter (January, April, July & October) we will contact you via inbox message asking for you to share your availability in terms of the number of coachees you could potentially be assigned to for the period of the upcoming 3 months. Please make sure that your availability is also reflected in your calendly account. In case you face any unpredicted changes, feel free to reach out to us at any point.
